  3. Health Details: Training Management System (TMS) TMS is a web-based application that allows drug, alcohol, and other human services professionals to register for trainings offered throughout the Commonwealth.

The Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs contracts with licensed agencies and private practice clinicians to provide outpatient gambling counseling services to at-risk adults and adolescents, as well as those with a gambling disorder. Family members and significant others of the gambler may also be eligible to receive outpatient services.

The Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs DDAP coordinates and leads Pennsylvania’s effort to prevent and reduce drug, alcohol and gambling addiction. The DDAP works endlessly to promote recovery which in turn reduces the human and economic impact of the addiction disease. When Pennsylvanians are living free, or in recovery, from addiction this results in a safer, healthier, more productive state of Pennsylvania.
