The tournament players can also participate in satellite tournaments that will reward them with tickets to various tournaments of the National Poker Series 2020. Gaming giant PokerBaazi.com is the official satellite partner of the NPS and will be organising these satellite tournaments on its platform ahead of the main series. Mumbai: India Poker Championship (IPC), will kick-start on January 14 and will continue up to January 19, 2020.The championship will take place at Big Daddy Casino, Goa. Organised by Spartan Poker. Moreover, the second edition of IOPC 2020 featured a total series prize pool of 25 Cr GTD but it surpassed 32 Cr GTD, making it the largest online tournament in poker history. Harshit Sanghi, the winner of the IOPC Main Event, crushed the final table for 47.33 lakhs along with the regal 18k Pure Gold IOPC Crown. He is the first ever poker champion in India who has bagged the IOPC Crown. On another note, Sanghi outlasted Kunal Bhatia who also bagged a 7-digit score with 42.36 lakhs. Moreover, the main event of the IOPC 2020 July edition saw an impressive turnout with 4075 entries. Adding galore to the championship every year, the grand event IOPC has drawn increasing number of participant.
